A personal assistant would have to understand me to work with me. He must also be kind, have a good sense of humour and be fun to be around. I find if my PA's are focused, this helps. Positive people focus on the task and do not let me withdraw from the situation.

I would expect my friends to be caring and loving because these are qualities friends should express to one another. Friends help improve my life and deal with autism. They are supportive and help me.

I enjoy having the opportunity to express my feelings on how to find good support. I find when people's attitude is positive this helps. It's important for me because the positive feel of encouragement is great. I sometimes get dangerously stuck on things that require time for me to get off. Therefore, patience ideally would be great.

Some of my friends have a greater role in my life then others. That does not mean that they are less important. I love all of them equally. Josh also feels very strongly about his friends staying in touch with him, "promise me you wont forget
